Hello Pekka, when I filter in Doors (e.g. Prio 1), then it works on screen, but when I use File -> Export -> Document gneration -> Export ... -> Export there appears a small windows which ask me "Changes made to the current view could be lost if you continue. Do you want to save the current view?" and after the filter is away and I see all requirements again. The result is that in the word-Document I have again all requirements, not only the filtered one. Kind regards Markus |

Kind regards Markus OK, you are using the Publishing Engine add-on (light version). As the complaint from DOORS tries to say, it works based on saved views. So you have to save the filtered view to use this mode of export. Have you tried the older export in Microsoft Office menu branch, e.g. Word-export? |

Have you tried the older export in Microsoft Office menu branch, e.g. Word-export? Hello Pekka, thanks, you are right, after saving the view it works. So I have to create a lot of views.
I have tried also the old export in Microsoft Office menu (File -> Export -> Microsoft Office -> Word). Here it works also. I didn't use this way because I can only use the Layouts "Book" or "Table". How can I use my selfmade Layout (with RPE)?
